All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed by Stripe at the time of purchase; we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Shipping timelines and our return policy are described on our Shipping & Returns page, which is part of these Terms.

DMG releases products in limited-quantity drops. Once a size or color sells out, it may not be restocked. We make no guarantee that any product will remain available.

All content on this Site — including designs, photography, text, and the DMG name and logo — is the property of DMG and may not be reproduced without permission.

DMG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your purchase of any product, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
